Visited Intan Optometry while I was in KL, on a friend's recommendation and also because of their good reviews.

Staff were very friendly and the eye check was really thorough, took over an hour, but it gave me a lot more confidence in my progressive glasses prescription.

Got two pairs of progressive Essilor lenses made, prices were quite affordable.

I also mentioned that my previous optical shop had under-corrected my prescription, which left my vision blurry even with a brand new pair of glasses. Didn't have that problem here. The team was attentive and clearly skilled.

Since I couldn't collect in person, the staff made sure to do all the adjustments for both pairs while I was still there. It worked out well because when my glasses arrived in Singapore two weeks later, well packed and in great condition, there was no dizziness or blurriness at all, even though I wasn't around for a final try-on. Their choice of delivery service was great - received within 2 days.

Made a follow-up accessory purchase after I received my glasses and the staff were very accommodating on WhatsApp with my enquiries. Accessory was mailed out within same day of purchase. Zero fuss when dealing.

Location-wise, easy to find too, just book a Grab there. Would go back again next time I'm in KL and need new glasses. Have also recommended them to my SG friends who frequent KL to get their glasses and contact lenses from Intan.
